🛠️ Minecraft Requirements & Setup

Before connecting to the WebSocket bridge, ensure your Minecraft Bedrock client and world are configured properly:

🌍 1. World Setup (Experiments)

When creating or editing your Minecraft World, make sure to enable the following settings:

Toggle Allow Cheats to ON (Required to run the connect command).
Go to the Experiments tab and enable Beta APIs.
Enable other scripting/experimental options if using custom behavior packs.

⚙️ 2. General Settings (Creator)

Configure the Minecraft client to properly log WebSocket messages and scripts:

Go to main Minecraft Settings -> Creator tab.
Toggle Enable Content Log File to ON.
Toggle Enable Content Log GUI to ON (This displays real-time connection status/errors inside the game interface).

🔌 Connection Guide

Enter your WebSocket Bridge Address (IP:Port):

Follow these quick steps to establish a connection from Minecraft Bedrock to the bridge:

Ensure your WebSocket bridge is running on your server/computer.
Turn on the Allow Cheats toggle in your Minecraft world settings.
Open the in-game chat window and execute the following command:

/connect 192.64.116.243:4253

Once established, a confirmation banner will show: 'Connection to AI Quiz Bridge Successful!'

🎮 In-game Commands

Type these commands directly inside your Minecraft game chat (without '/'):

.kuis history english

Starts a standard AI quiz. Format: .kuis [subject] [language]. Subject and language parameters are optional. If language is omitted, it defaults to English. The quiz features a 60-second answer window with standard rewards.
.kuis math english speedrun

Starts an AI quiz in Speedrun mode. Format: .kuis [subject] [language] speedrun. Limits the response time to just 15 seconds, but doubles the rewards to +20 Coins & +30 XP per correct answer!
.soal "Who discovered gravity?" "isaac newton"

Initiates a custom manual quiz. Format: .soal [question] [answer]. Supports quotes. This quiz does not auto-advance to subsequent AI questions.
.lb

Displays the top 5 players on the leaderboard in the chat (alternative: .leaderboard).
.cc

Clears the in-game chat history window (alternative: .clearchat).
.stop

Forcefully terminates any active quiz session (alternative: .stopkuis).
.exit

Closes the WebSocket connection between Minecraft and the server.

🔥 Game Features

⚡ Speedrun Mode

Customize your quiz difficulty by appending the speedrun game mode to your .kuis command.

Speedrun Mechanics

Limits the response window to 15 seconds per question. Base rewards are doubled to +20 Coins and +30 XP!

🔥 Streak Combos

Answer consecutive questions correctly to build up your streak! A active streak awards a multiplier bonus: +(Streak - 1) * 5 extra Coins & XP per answer. Streak holders are wrapped in blazing flame & lava particles with custom sound effects. The streak resets if another player answers correctly or when a timeout occurs.

📈 Leveling & Custom Titles

Earn XP for each correct answer (+15 base, +30 in speedrun, plus streak bonuses). Level up every Level * 100 XP (Level 1: 100 XP, Level 2: 200 XP, etc.). Leveling up triggers toast challenge complete sounds, dragon breath particle bursts, and unlocks exclusive prefixes in chat:

Lv.1 - 4 : [Novice]
Lv.5 - 9 : [Scholar]
Lv.10 - 19 : [Sage]
Lv.20+ : [Grandmaster]

🏆 Achievement Badges

Unlock unique accolades by reaching specific gaming milestones! Unlocking a badge triggers a server-wide announcement, toast completion sound, and special particles. Unlocked achievements are also displayed as trophy icons 🏆 on the leaderboard next to the player's name:

⚡ Speed Demon

Answer a question correctly in less than 2 seconds.

🔥 Streak King

Achieve a consecutive correct answer streak of 5x.

🪙 Coin Collector

Accumulate a balance of 500 or more Coins.

🔮 Sage Mind

Reach player level 10 or higher.

🏆 Double-Criteria Leaderboard

The leaderboard ranking system uses a strict competitive double-sorting algorithm to evaluate absolute trivia mastery:

Primary: Sorted by the highest total score (number of correct answers).
Tie-breaker: Sorted by the fastest average response time (total response time divided by score).

This ensures that if two players have the exact same score, the player who answered faster wins the higher ranking spot!
